Exploring Ways to Wellbeing

“What’s good for you is good for the planet”

Outline

This interactive group session will be a chance to learn about, reflect and create actions, activities, and habits that can not only be good for you but also good for others and the environment. We’ll be exploring the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, developed by the New Economics Foundation, alongside looking at things that can also help to reduce or give a positive impact to the environment and others.

You’ll come away with lots of inspiration around sustainable wellbeing that you might be able to build into your daily life, at home and at work.
